By accessing or using AVARA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and
(org. no. 559585-8753, Stockholm, Sweden) ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the AVARA platform, including the website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
All information you provide is accurate and current
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
AVARA is a comprehensive travel management platform that provides:
Multi-modal travel booking (flights, trains, buses, ferries, accommodations)
Important: AVARA acts as an intermediary platform. We facilitate bookings with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators) but do not own or operate these services. Your bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
AVARA offers automated tools to help travellers make informed decisions. These tools may provide recommendations, summarise travel options, or assist with itinerary planning.
In accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we disclose that AVARA's Concierge and related assistance features are powered by artificial intelligence.
Should not be relied on as the sole basis for important travel decisions
May occasionally produce outdated, incomplete, or unexpected results
The Concierge never books on a traveller's behalf without that traveller's explicit consent.
Users are responsible for verifying all travel information through official providers (airlines, hotels, authorities).
The Platform includes optional emergency tools such as:
Availability of emergency features at all times
That authorities will receive or act upon shared data
Fall detection and voice activation have inherent accuracy limitations
These features may produce false alerts or fail to detect actual events
Crisis check-ins depend on network connectivity and may be delayed
Location tracking is supplementary and may fail in areas with poor signal
Automated safety predictions are estimates only and may not reflect current conditions
⚠️ Users must always maintain independent emergency plans and contact local emergency services directly in life-threatening situations. AVARA emergency features are supplementary tools only.
Offline data may be incomplete or stale. When offline:
Prices, availability, and travel changes may not be accurate
AVARA is not liable for issues arising from offline use.
